Socialization of Online-PAK 2021– April 12th, 2021

Bureau of Human Resources (BHR) of Universitas Ahmad Dahlan held Socialization of Online-PAK. This socialization was conducted virtually through Zoom in several stages on March 30th, April 1st, April 10th, and April 12th, 2021. This socialization was attended by lecturers from all faculties of Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. This socialization is intended to follow up the policies of the Region V Higher Education Service Institution (LLDikti) regarding the use of an information system for Credit Score Assessment (PAK) submission for online management of functional positions.

Triantoro Safaria, Ph.D., in his remarks, said that this socialization was carried out as an introduction to lecturers to the new system built by LLDIKTI V, which was launched in early 2021.

“This system is new, so on this occasion, we conducted socialization on how to use EPAKDOS to lecturers. Hopefully, after participating in this socialization, lecturers can immediately use the EPAKDOS system, because this system is almost the same as when lecturers apply for lecturer certification,” said Triantoro Safaria, Ph.D. as the Chief of Bureau of Human Resources.

In this event, it was explained that this credit score assessment system would make it easier for lecturers to take care of functional positions because it had several advantages. One of the advantages is that lecturers only need to upload files to the system without collecting print files to LLDIKTI. In addition, lecturers can also upload files gradually. The calculation of points in this system also automatically appears when the file is uploaded. The lecturer does not need to calculate manually.
